TRAVEL TO HUDSON, NY

Nestled along the scenic banks of the Hudson River, Hudson, New York, whispers tales of history through its charming cobblestone streets. PLANE

Hudson is a short trip away from Albany International Airport (ALB) in New York, which is roughly a 30 minute drive to downtown Hudson. If you’re keen to spend time in New York City at some point during your trip, we would recommend flying into John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) which is roughly a 3 hour drive (depending on city traffic).

AUTOMOBILE

For those that are driving, Hudson is around 3 hours from New York City, 2.5 hours from Northern New Jersey and 7(ish) hours from the Cleveland area.

Once you’re in Hudson, ride-hailing services like Uber and Lyft are hard to come by. If you are not within driving distance of the area, we highly recommend renting a car for the weekend.

We will be arranging shuttle transportation from certain hotels in Hudson on the wedding day. Camptown and Rivertown Lodge will be on the transportation route. If staying elsewhere (i.e. an Airbnb or other hotel in the area) we ask that you let us know ahead of time so we can account for you on a shuttle and coordinate from there as to which hotel for you to take the shuttle from.

Finally, Taxis can be coordinated but must be reserved in advanced to ensure availability. Options in the area - COMING SOON.

TRAIN

Hudson is a short trip away from New York City. Amtrak offers service directly into downtown Hudson, New York — which would be just a quick drive to your hotel of choice in the surrounding area.
